Timeline & Deliverables
I work with all of my clients to understand and respect their deadlines. If finished photos are needed within a week of the shoot, I will ensure we meet that deadline so long as I’m made aware before the shoot. If there’s no rush on photos, I will still make sure I get them back to the client in a timely fashion.
Finished photos are delivered via a digital download link. The files will be in their highest resolution in JPG format. If web-sized versions are desired, I can do that.
Invoices aren’t sent to the client until I ensure they’re satisfied with the work.
Usage & Licensing
The client would have a lifetime license to use the images they pay me to make for them. If other companies would like to use them for marketing purposes, I would require them to gain permission from the client I worked for and pay me a licensing fee.
I retain the right to use all images in my own portfolio.
Rate & Payment
$900 flat rate. This includes up to four hours on site taking the photos and the post-production work required to make the images look their best.
The flat rate will be increased by $110/hr for shoots that last over four hours.
For locations over 30 miles from Fountain Square in Downtown Cincinnati, the 2024 Standard Mileage Rate of 67¢ per mile as defined by the IRS will be added to the total. The mileage will be calculated from Fountain Square.
Payment should be made within 30 days of receiving the invoice. I accept checks or direct deposits.
